Refund & Exchange Policy
At Emjays, your happiness is our top priority! While we don’t offer refunds, we do have a fair exchange process for special cases. Here’s everything you need to know:
Exchange Policy
- We do not offer exchanges or returns unless:
- You received a wrong item.
- The product is defective or damaged.
- In such cases, please contact us on WhatsApp at +92 3332858335 within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Exchanges will not be processed after 48 hours.
- Items must be returned unused and in original packaging.
Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds
- We do not offer cash refunds.
- If your claim (for a defective/wrong item) is approved:
- You can choose another item of equal value from our website.
Order Cancellation
- Your order can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
- There will be cancellation charges i.e. 6% of the paid amount; the rest of the amount will be credited to the original method of payment.
- Please allow time for the credit to appear in your account.
- After 24 hours of purchase there is no refund.
- No order will cancel if order form will be confirmed with in 24hours.
Note:
- Kindly note changes can only be made to an order within 72 hours of placing the order.
- It is advised that clients choose outfits, sizes and colours carefully before placing orders to avoid any inconvenience later.
